Payment for all programs must be made in full before the program begins to secure your enrollment.

Please complete the registration form, and you will receive the payment details in your email for manual payment processing.

Payments must be made via our secure online payment gateway, which supports both local and international transactions.

We do not accept manual EFTs or direct bank deposits.

Once payment is successfully processed, confirmation will be sent automatically.
Currency Clarification for International Clients

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

International clients should be aware that exchange rates may apply when making payments.

International Payments

International clients should note that exchange rates may apply, and the final amount charged depends on your bank or payment provider’s conversion rate.

Payments from international clients can be made via supported credit and debit cards through our payment gateway. South African Rand (ZAR), and conversion rates may apply based on your bank’s policies.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 7 working days of payment are eligible for a full refund.

After this 7-day period, a 15% cancellation fee will apply.

If a session has taken place between 7 and 30 days of enrollment, R400 per session will be deducted from the refund.

Payments become non-refundable after 30 days in the program.
Booking and Rescheduling

Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late rescheduling requests will not be accommodated.
Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed for cancellations made within the eligible period.

Refunds will be issued via EFT within 7-14 working days of approval.

Q1: Once my subscription period ends and my maximum hours are not reached, can I continue to book sessions?
A1: No, your subscription will expire once the period ends. To continue booking sessions, you'll need to renew your subscription by signing up and paying for a new subscription.

Q2: Can I use a single subscription to access all programs?
A2: No, each program is result-oriented and focuses on specific goals. If you wish to work on more than one challenge, you need to sign up and pay for each relevant program or choose them one at a time. Note: This applies to both South African and international clients.
Q3: How long is each session?
A3: Each session can last up to a maximum of 2 hours. If you require more time, a new session must be booked.
Q4: Can I book an in-person session?
A4: No, we currently only offer online sessions for all coaching programs. This allows us to serve clients globally, regardless of location. You can join from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
